Admission Requirements
- A candidate must fulfill the general admission requirements of Graduate Studies of University of Gondar.
- A candidate must be hold a Bachelor degree in Medical laboratory technology (BSc)
- Candidates should have 2 years of work experience.(Negotiable with the sponsoring organizations)
- Candidates are also required to pass the entrance examinations.

Graduation Requirements
In order to graduate and obtain MSc degree in Clinical Chemistry, students should score a minimum of cumulative GPA of 3.00 points (an average of “B” grade or better). A student is allowed to graduate with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 and only one “C.” However, students with two “C+” shall be allowed to graduate as long as the CGPA is not below 3.00. It is also expected that fulfilling the criteria for M.Sc. thesis writing and subsequent successful defending of the work. In addition, the candidate must satisfy the general requirements of the Graduate Studies which will be approved by the senate of the University of Gondar for graduation.
